Fondue

Inspired by the Alps

Fondue

Nothing screams delicious cozy dinner like a big pot of hot cheese.  Fondue makes everything better.  Everyone has their favorite thing to dip and that is the fun part.  Making the fondue is easy and since the items to dip are up to you, you can be as simple or elaborate as you feel like.  You can try new things and even make it a total fondue night and have chocolate fondue for dessert!

We have an electric fondue pot that really makes it easy to have a nice relaxing dinner with friends.

If you want to stay in the Alpine mindset a little longer,

we talk about winter in the mountains, food meant to be shared, and the slower rhythm of life in the French Alps in our Rhône-Alpes and Chamonix podcast episode. It’s an easy listen while the fondue melts and everything comes together on the stove.
